The registration fee is :

• AINR/SIRM/ESNR member € 75,00 + VAT 22%;
• Non member € 150,00 + VAT 22%;
• Resident free registration

• Participation to scientific sessions

• Certificate of attendance
• CME certificate for those who attend 90% of the course

• Coffee breaks

PAYMENT METHODS
All fees for congress registration should be paid in Euro (€) in advance to the Congress Secretariat, by filling all the mandatory information both of participant and/or industry.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be emailed to segreteria@eventiecongressi.net
The policy for the refund of registration fees is as follows:
Cancellations received up to and including May 15^th, minus 25% handling fee
No refund on cancellations after 16^th May for any reason (even illness, visa refusal, etc)

NAME CHANGES
After May 8^th name changes are charged with an handling fee of € 50,00 (VAT excluded) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement participant will be required before the name change can be processed. Individuals may make name changes only in exceptional cases. Please contact the Organizing Secretariat for further info.The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In this case, the cancellation policy will apply.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Responsibility
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by “force majeure”, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
